Cancellation and Refunds

What this covers

Deckon itself is free. This policy covers Smart Decks, the optional subscription that switches your phone’s deck to match the app in front, sold monthly or yearly through Razorpay.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the Deckon desktop app: Settings → Smart Decks → Manage → Cancel subscription. You can also email connect@hangon.live from the address you subscribed with and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops the next charge. Smart Decks keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then switches off. Your smart decks stay saved, and come back if you subscribe again.

Refunds

If Smart Decks is not for you, email connect@hangon.live within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked, and cancel the subscription.

We also refund in full any payment taken after you cancelled, any duplicate charge, and any charge for a period in which Smart Decks did not work because of a fault on our side.

Otherwise, payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, including when you cancel partway through it — you keep access until that period ends instead.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or other method you paid with. Razorpay processes them, and they usually reach you within 5–7 working days of being issued, depending on your bank.

Referral cashback is paid the same way, as a partial refund of the payment it applies to.

Price changes

A subscription keeps the price it started at for as long as it stays active, including a launch price. If we ever change the price of an active subscription, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before your next charge, and you can cancel before it applies.
